Not as impressed with this as I was with Estroven extra strength (day time usage). Did not really assist with sleep - a significant syptom with menopause and post menopause. Will keep trying though.

I have been waking up in the middle of the night, not able to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. Or sometimes wake up a 4am too late to even try to go back to sleep. Then so tired during the day, fight not to fall asleep every time I sit still for a few minutes.I thought I had tried everything,until I saw this. Decided to try this because I am nearing menopause and have always had hormonal issues. After just a few nights taking this, I'm sleeping well through the night, and feeling rested the next day.

I ordered Estroven PM and Estroven Max, and the PM seems to be helping with sleep. I would buy it again, and would recommend it thus far. Not sure about the Estroven Max just yet.

I was looking for a non-prescription way to relieve hot flashes, night sweats and restless sleep. Estroven PM works great. After being on it for about 6 months, I stopped, and realized just how much it was helping. Now that I'm back on it regularly, I am feeling much better.
