I have used this product for a week now. I am groggy in the AM!! It has helped me to sleep, but not solidly every night. I may try valerian root for insomnia.

I've been taking Estroven PM for 2 weeks and have NOT had any relief from hot flashes and insomnia.

I had a complete hysterectomy at 33 years old and was experiencing normal menopausal symptoms. I tried Premarin and it almost killed me, literally, so I swore off the hard stuff and gave Estroven PM a try. It did take a little time to see notable differences, about 10 days to 2 weeks, but once I started seeing them, it was wonderful! Now I take Estroven Max in the morning and PM at bedtime. If I miss a dose, EVERYone notices.

This product has truly made all the difference between nights of sleeplessness and never-ending night sweats and nights of cool and peaceful nights of rest and sleep. I have almost forgotten how miserable my restless, sweaty nights once were. I know every body type is different, but this product is one for me and would strongly recommend anyone in need give this one a try.

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and I do not suffer from hot flashes anymore. I used to suffer from hot flashes every 20-30 minutes around the clock, which meant that I never got any sleep! I started taking this product, then added the Extra Strength Estroven for daytime. I didn't see any change after the first week, but after 2 months I was "hot flash free". Alas, this product did not help me sleep but when I added MELATONIN PLUS by Schiff my sleep improved dramatically. I highly recommend this product just remember that it can take 30-60 days of regular use to realize the full benefit but in my opinion it's well worth the wait.
