This product is working great, after a week of taking it I could tell the difference in how I felt. I would highly recommend it. Amazon is the cheapest place I can find it.

I had hot flashes and after taking these vitamins they are gone. (Except when I have caffeine) I took the prenatals and multi of this brand for years. Love the product. This with my 1000 mg of calcium and I am pretty happy with the results. THe black cohosh is considered the menopause herb and the ginkgo helps mental clarity. I'm not sure yet if the ginkgo is helping but everything else is.

I have taken other over the counter products for menopause symtoms. None has worked as well as this product. My hot flashes subsided with the first tab. I am no longer sweating perfousely. I started taking this product a week ago and have not had one hot flash since. I feel good, I have more energy and I sleep well. I love this product. It is also gentle on the stomach, I have had no problems to date. I highly recommend this product. Thank You!
