I am new to the hotflash scene and it's not exactly a party I wanted to attend but evidently it's mandatory.... I was up at night with terrible hotflashes, ridiculous hotflashes all day long, minimum 2 dozen episodes and my gyn recommended black cohosh After looking at many products I chose this one and another. I haven't even bothered to use the other product as within 3 weeks of using the product I was down to zero night time episodes and maybe a couple during the day. I know black cohosh doesn't work for everyone but really, if you are going to try it give it a month of faithful dosages-morning and night. We were on vacation and I missed two doses in a row and I had several hotflashes and when I realized what I did and then took my doses regularly again I was back to having sometimes zero hotflashes for days in a row. So the initial decrease in flashes improved even more. I can sleep and I don't have to feel that telltale red flush creep up my neck and face and the nasty sweat sheen cover my head, face and heck. And my husband is probably thrilled that I don't have to keep the ac on in the bedroom all night long!!

I take this once in the a.m. and one in the p.m., and it helps with the hot flashes; They are less frequent, and when I do get them, they do not last as long.

I was having hot flashes to the point where I would be dripping wet and my family physician suggested I try this product and I am so grateful for it. It has helped me 99% and I would not want to be without it.

I have been buying and using both Remifemin daytime and the nighttime (Goodnight) products for about two years now and find them to be very helpful. I have myself on a schedule with them and feel that they help me tremendously with my menopausal symptoms. I can't see being without them during this difficult period of time in my life and am very grateful that they are available. Thank you to the makers of Remifemin!

I went through a tough year in 2008 and wound up needing to have a hysterectomy. Before I had it, I researched everything regarding hormone replacement therapy and all the pros-and-cons between the different treatments.
I finally decided to try a more natural method and ordered a sample (it was a LARGE free sample, too!) of Remifemin. I was given an injection of hormones before leaving the hospital that my doctor said would cover me for about 30 days and it did just that. But, when that time was up? I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats, mood swings, everything that you read about.
I started on Remifemin right then and I've been using it ever since. I take it once in the morning and once at night before bed, and I have to say, it really seems to help. I still have some hot flashes, but I don't have nearly the issues with night time sweats and the mood swings were under control in no time.
I recommend this to any woman looking for a natural remedy for menopause.
