I was so excited when I tried Spiru-Tein...not impressed with other brands I had tried. This company makes a wonderful, delicious product. You get the sense that you are having a milkshake instead of a healthy protein vitamin drink. The flavors are all great but this one is my favorite. I add a banana and use Almond or Rice Milk instead of water. It's how I start each day.

This is a great protein drink. My only concern has been with receiving two damaged shipments from this company. The can is put is a box with little or no packing and twice when I have opened the box have found dented cans. This causes the peel back metal top to separate from the can and protein is in the box and under the plastic lid. Customer service has been great about replacing the cans at no charge, but they don't seem to get the message they need to change the way they package this product. Wonderful product - Great service - Poor shipping!

Spiru-Tein (Spirutein) Shake - Banana - 2.4 Lb. - Powder

I like this produce, I recommend using a hand mixer even though they claim you do not need one.
I find it tastes best if you use a few small pieces of frozen banana and about 2 more onces of liquid skim milk is good for this. It tastes good, and has lots of good ingredients. I also like to add some peanut butter into the mix I find I stay full longer when I do.
